Product Options Going Missing

    Hi,

    Some orders are coming through without product options, this only seems to be on orders using Payment Request Buttons (Chrome Payment & ApplePay)

    Any idea how to rectify this?

    Some orders are coming through without product options, this only seems to be on orders using Payment Request Buttons (Chrome Payment & ApplePay)

    This could be due to the process/plugin you’re using to add additional options to products. What plugin are you using to add your additional product options and what are the steps to reproduce what you’re experiencing.
