Hi @monicaamb12
I understand you want a “3-pack” product that, when purchased, sends three separate items to your shipping provider without changing your order import flow. You can do this cleanly with WooCommerce’s bundling extensions, so the customer sees one pack, while the order contains three individual line items and SKUs.
Recommended options and how to set them up
Product Bundles is ideal if the pack is a fixed set or “3 of the same item”. In the bundle settings enable Per-item pricing and Per-item shipping, set the bundled item quantity to 3, optionally hide child items in the cart and checkout for a tidy UI, yet they will still be separate line items in the order for your shipping integration. If you need customers to choose the exact makeup of the three items, for example 2 of A and 1 of B, consider Mix and Match Products. It also supports per-item shipping so each chosen product appears as its own line item in the order. For highly configurable builds where components vary, Composite Products is another option, also supporting per-item shipping. Composite Products: https://woocommerce.com/products/composite-products/ and documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/composite-products/
Could you confirm which shipping provider or export plugin you’re using. That will help us guide you on enabling the correct per-item shipping setting so the integration reads the items as separate lines.
