I am using the flatsome theme in wordpress and the woocommerce plug-in. I am brand new to this so have been watching a ton of youtube videos to learn how to customize this theme.

Anyway, after installing woocommerce plug-in, I started trying to use it to build pages. As I am watching the different videos, it seems that my setup is missing all the product elements such as ADD TO CART, PRODUCT PRICE, PRODUCT TITLE, and so on.

I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it both through wordpress add plug-in as well as downloading directly to my plug-ins folder inside wp-plugin.

I have search for the past few days to find out why this happened and how to fix it with no luck.

I am really hoping someone here can offer me an answer or at least some guidance as to what is going wrong. Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hey there!

This typically means that on your site you are using some kind of theme or page builder that is overriding the default WooCommerce templates for the product. This can either be broken or just missing a setting, etc.

Without a link to see this, there’s not much specifically we can advise. If you share a link we can advise more

Forgive my ignorance, but what kind of link would be helpful?

    Something like this, maybe?

    Hello,
    Thanks, that link is correct.

By looking at your site, I can see all the elements you mentioned that are missing.

Look at this page, for example: https://maddogscustomt-shirts.com/product/bella-canvas-ladies-jersey-short-sleeve-deep-v-neck-t-shirt/

The product title, image, price, add to cart button, they are all there.

Can you explain where you do not see these items? If you are referring to a page builder, you would have to contact the author of the page builder plugin/theme.

WooCommerce is not responsible of that part and we would not be able to provide support for it.

Thank you for your input. I will start with the theme developer and go from there.

    Thanks again
