Hi Cauac,
1) In the admin, did you click the “Restore Default” button and then tried to make changes to the Custom layout boxes? If you did, it may have added this text to the end of that page’s URL (after /admin.php?page=UPCP-options):
&Action=UPCP_RestoreDefaultPPLayout&DisplayPage=ProductPage
If it did remove the &Action=UPCP… text and press enter while in your browser’s address bar to reload the Settings page.
2) If #1 doesn’t apply:
After making changes to the layout in the “Product Page” tab, do you press “Save Layout” button?
3) Lastly, if you’re having trouble with the Custom layout option, I’d suggest trying out one of the other Product Page options (in Options->Premium->Product Page Type), such as the “Tabbed Layout Page”.

Hello,
We notice sometimes there is a conflict with the custom page layout builder where what you see on the front-end isn’t the same what you designed in the back-end. Easy way to resolve this is by inserting a Blank Element on the right side of the layout. A visual description is shown in the image below:
