Well it never happens like this, I think you are using some other plugin please check your plugins folder which one you are using it looks like you are using plugin developed Facebook:https://woocommerce.com/products/facebook/
Please send me a screenshot of your plugin section so that I can check it.

That is not our plugin that plugin is developed by facebook you can see it on your plugins area which you red bordered.
Basically, the Facebook plugin has 100 of bugs and people are suffering from them this is the plugin URL for your references : https://woocommerce.com/products/facebook/#reviews-start
