    Product short description not showing to the product page , i have added description but still not reflecting on the product page

    Hi,

    That is quite odd. Have added custom codes? If yes, please try to remove that, and if you are using the child theme switch to the parent theme and check if it working or not.

    Hello,

    Please try switch to the default theme for the testing and check if it is working with that or not.

    and update the WordPress, oceanwp theme, and ocean extra to the latest version and check.

    Hi Abhishek, i have updated the versions to the latest , still short description not reflecting to the product page , also i changed the main theme to other, and it reflected on that theme… seems like an issue with the oceanwp theme..

    secondly just a question : is there any option to apply colour code on short description text ? might be i have mistakely applied white colour code thats why unable to see the text. well if there is not any feature like this, then the problem with the theme.

    Hello,

    That could be an issue, ​Please try to add the below CSS code from the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, and check.

    .woocommerce-product-details__short-description {
    color: #1501bd;
}

    PS- change the color code as per need and use !important if the above does not work.
