Product Sort not working

    Hi,

    I have a shop and I cannot make the sort item work neither by name or by date.

    I tried a bunch of things to make it work but with no success :

    • Deactivating all plugin
    • Theme to WP 2024 default theme
    • Set default sorting for products ( works but only for default )
    • Re-saved permalinks
    • Clear transients
    • There is no JS errors on console
    • Enable Debugging. The debug log indicates that the WP_Query object is not including any products in the results (post_count is 0). This might explain why sorting doesn’t appear to work—there are no products to sort.
    • Hide out-of-stock is not set
    • products are set to be visible in the catalog

    Do you have any idea how to fix it ?

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    I checked the website link you shared.
    I noticed that the dropdown used for sorting is a feature of the Avada theme.

    You mentioned that you have performed the following steps to fix the issue.
    – Deactivating all plugin
    – Changed the theme to the WP 2024 default theme

    Could you try this again and leave the site with all plugins deactivated and the theme set to TT4?
    If this is not feasible on the live site, you can set up a Staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

    Once you have done this step, let me know so I can check the site again.
