• Hello,

    I have a problem with the default Products Sorting when Themify plugin is enabled. For example when selecting “Order by price” the output is scattered and not properly ordered. I found that the problem disappears when I refresh the page manually so the data fetching is not done with AJAX (URL: domain.tld/?id=filter_name…).

    I’ve already checked Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce and Default Sorting option.

    Is there any working solution?

    Hi Filip,

    Can you try to update to the latest version? We’ve fixed some issues related to product sort. Please report back if you still encounter the issue.

    Thank you for your reply. I just updated to the latest version and the problem has not been fixed. Moreover, the results now shows in 4 rows grid.

    We moved the site to another domain: http://zdravotnicke-potreby.com but we got to disable Themify plugin (because of the wrong ordering). But I can turn it on for a while… please let me know when :-). Thank you.
