product specific shipping method

Hello,
I have a new website up using woocommerce services for shipping. Can I make certain products ship only using Priority?
example: I have light products. one is a piece of Jewelry that can go in a first class pouch or first class mail with tracking or Priority if purchased alone.

and I have products like a six blown eggs that are also very light but need to go in a box because they need bigger space and can go first class or priority but not a cushioned pouch.

also if a customer checks out one of each above, will the woocommerce shipping options pick the larger option?
in the product page under shipping there is a size parameter…is that the minimum for a box size? if so, then how do you put a size for a piece of jewerly? like 2 x 3 x 4 or something to rule out pouches?
