@kwty please share the screenshot of your current settings. I tried an order and it is adding a note about stock level of related location.

by the way, your note from your screenshot is not a default woocommerece note

As per your settings, location selection is OFF on cart and product page . Please make sure you have selected any location as default or at least one location for Auto order allocation. If not, the stock will not be deducted from any location and order note will not be added.

This note is added when stock is deducted from any location but we will check this again on our end.

I don’t want the customer to select the location from front end.

Already did and the stock is deducted but the order note is missing.
