Hi @klaasyntema
Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. To ensure the plugin is working as expected, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook to see if this resolves the problem.
If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
Here is a link that better outlines that process:

Apart from that, most recent logs under **WooCommerce > Status > Logs** and by using the dropdown there to review logs by type and date. Fatal errors as well as logs from Facebook may contain errors specific to the problem.
Hi john,
I tried switching the plugins + theme off but it still has no effect. I also see no errors in the Woocommerce logs.
Is there a way to remove all database fields that are linked to the Facebook plugin? I think it has to do something with that.
Hi there,

Can you send us the status report after you have deactivated all other plugins besides WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, Storefront theme?
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
