    FAQ states the following:

    Q: I believe that I have configured everything correct and done manual sync, still nothing happens. No products being synced to iZettle and no purchases downloaded.
    A: Your system probably has CRON disabled. Go to the settings page, check the box \”CRON disabled on server\” and save

    As my website is on a hosted system I do not have system access to change CRON settings. Hosting company asks:
    “Cron jobs can be run, but that’s something we set up – what url to call and how often.”

    How to relpy to this?

    Hi,

    What is the issue that you are experiencing?

    Please turn on the logging at Woocommerce->Settings->iZettle->Advanced run a sync and send me the log at [email protected]

    If you are shute that CRON is disabled in your site. You do not need to change cron settings for the entire website. Go to Woocommerce->Settings->iZettle->Advanced and check the Cron disabled checkbox. Do this only if you have verified that CRON is disabled for your site.

    Hi,

    Logs sent to above e-mail and CRON is disabled.

    Products still isn’t showing (Sync’ed) in iZettle

    Got following error sending e-mail:

    The mail system

    <[email protected]>: unable to look up host bjorntec.se: Name or service not
    known

    Fixed – tax rates wasn’t configured, thereby preventing sync.
