We’re using the PRO version but since it’s impossible to get support at your forum, I’m writing here.

First of all, we have paid twice for this plugin and for some reason, it has reverted to the free version – there’s an “Upgrade” link in the plugin list.

Second, suddenly product thumbnails in the email confirmation are broken. I looked at the code and there are some = characters in the URL that seem to break the image links.

About the broken thumbnails: please try checking the email on a different provider (for example, if you’re using Outlook, test with Zoho or Gmail). Also, please test the same email with our plugin disabled to see whether WooCommerce’s default email shows the images correctly. That helps confirm whether the issue comes from formatting in the email client.

Since support for the PRO version isn’t allowed here, please open a ticket in our support forum so the team can assist you properly.
