    You can try adding this rule to your custom CSS:

    .shop-traditional .layout-sidebar-no .woocommerce .products li.border {
   padding-right: 34px;
   padding-bottom: 35px;
}

    The values listed are what is currently in effect. Make them smaller to make the gap less.
