    As my client is in Ireland it does not support Google Product Category so we need to use Product Type so that we can create ad groups based on category.

    Everything seems to work perfectly with this plugin, however when I map product_type to our shop category I save and regenerate the feed but nothing appears. I can’t work out why, any ideas?

    Hello @tomoptads,

    You should use the “Product Category String” as source for the product_type attribute and that should work.

    Let me know if that helped.

    I’ve got the same problem.
    Added product_type and Product Category String as source, but it doesnt show up

    Hi @andreasgiantloop,

    When I open the feed I can see the product_type on each product. You’re probably looking at an [old] cached version of the feed in your browser. If you want to see the real version of a feed it’s always best to open the feed and then press CNTL-F5 to refresh the view.

    So please try to refresh the feed view and let me know if that solved the issue.
