It might be, that updating theme Neve broke WooCoomerce’s product page’s variations dropdown. Not only they look weird now, clicking the dropdown menu on the product page displays dropdown in completely wrong place. Any ideas how to fix this issue? Here’s the screenshot from the broken menus: https://ibb.co/BsQJmST

  • Hi

After investigating the issue, I have found that the Waitlist WooCommerce plugin is causing a conflict with your website’s functionality. This is most likely why you are experiencing the issue you reported.

To resolve this issue, I suggest that you deactivate the Waitlist WooCommerce plugin. This should resolve the conflict and allow your website to function properly. Please note that this may affect the functionality of your website, specifically regarding the waitlist feature.

If you would like to have the waitlist feature on your website, I recommend reaching out to the Waitlist WooCommerce plugin support team to see if they have any suggestions on how to resolve the conflict.

    Thanks
    Ahir

I removed the plugin, but the issue still remains.

    Hi @kekenin ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues with your site’s variations dropdown, and you suspect that this may be the cause of updating the Neve theme, is this correct?

To check if this is indeed the cause of the Neve theme, you can temporarily switch your theme to a default one, such as Storefront, and then check if the issue still persists.

If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

Let us know how this goes!
