Product Variation issue
-
Hi,
I’m having an issue with variable products where the discounted price is not displayed correctly in the size selection dropdown.
What is working:
- The main price on the product page shows the correct discounted price (e.g., 979,30 zł instead of 1399,00 zł).
- The price in the cart is also correct after adding the product.
When a customer clicks the size selector dropdown, the list of variations (XS, S, M, L) still shows the old, non-discounted price.
You can see a clear screenshot of the problem here:

We are using a “Product Adjustment” rule with a percentage discount (-20%). In the “Filter” section, we are selecting specific “Products” from the list, as other methods like filtering by Tags or Category are PRO features in our version.Troubleshooting Steps We’ve Already Taken:
We believe this is a JavaScript conflict with our theme. We have already tried the following standard solutions without success:- Enabling the “Advanced Option”: “Do you use a third-party plugin or custom code to set product prices?” to Yes.
- Checking the setting When prices should be shown with a strike through. Our version does not have an option to “change the price on the product page itself”, so we could not force it this way.
- We have thoroughly cleared all server, site, and browser caches after every change.
Could you please advise if there is another setting, a hook, or a known workaround to resolve this conflict with theme scripts that handle variation prices?
