Product Variation Sort order

    Hi,
    is it possible to create a sorting order, that will sort product variations by an attribute?

    Currently all variations in the Stock Manager are scrambled.

    Hi @openroot

    By default, we use the same order as WooCommerce when you open the variations tab on any product. This order can be changed from there with drag and drop and is being saved in the db in a post meta named “menu_order”.
    So if you reorder your variations as wished, the same order will be shown in Stock Central too.

    I just got feedback that this has already been tried, but wont be saved.
    Once a variation is edited, it will be sorted to the top.
    Is there a way to persist the sorting?

    Hi @openroot

    FYI, I’ve tested this myself before giving you my last reply and worked perfectly for me.
    If it doesn’t work for you, perhaps is being caused by a 3rd party plugin or whatever. You could try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and check if the menu_order works in that way.
