• I've purchased the Dynamic Pricing Pro plugin today as I want to offer my customers a 50% discount on the 5th item from my Neon Designs range that they purchase.

The products are variable - with the variation being size.

I've created a product list, selected Product selection and selected every product in the range.

I've then created a Buy X Get X rule, with the following settings:

    Product Filter
Disable discount if product is on sale: Yes

    Discount Options
Bogo Type: Buy X get a discount on the nth item
Product /Product List: 'Neon Designs - Product List'
    Offer Count (n): 5
    Discount Type: % Off
    Discount Value: 50
Allow discount to be applied on all items from the list: Yes
Repeat for every nth purchase: Yes

    Rules and Restrictions
    None.

    Schedule Options
    From Date / Time: April 09, 2025 05:30

    Usage Limits
    None.

As it stands, it is only apply the discount to the 5th quantity of the same product, not the 5th product in the list.

Can you advise what I need to change?

    Hi,

Apologies for the delayed response. Could you please try using the ‘Buy X, Get Y’ option? It allows you to set limits for both the ‘Buy’ and ‘Get’ products, and also lets you specify a product list for the discount. For issues like this, we also offer detailed support through our website’s live chat.

Thank you I have tried that but it doesn’t recognise variations (different sizes) of the same product as different purchases. I tried chat, but was waiting for ages and never got a response.

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand that you’d like to add a discount to each individual variation, right? Currently, this feature is only available for the parent item in a variable product, but it is under development. You can contact our team with the details of this ticket for further assistance.
