Product Variations not syncing

    We have installed this plugin and are pulling the products and their variations from Square to WooCommerce.

    The problem we are having is that the variations, when there are two or more, for some products, they are only showing one of the variations. I have noticed in the WooCommerce Product Edit page that the broken products do not have any attributes set, whereas the working ones do have this set.

    Additionally all variation images are not coming accross also. Should they be?

    Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

    I understand you’re syncing products and variations from Square to WooCommerce using the WooCommerce Square plugin, but some products are only showing one variation, with missing attributes in the Product Edit page. You also mentioned that the variation images are not coming through.

    To better understand the issue, please share:
    – A screenshot of the General Settings page in WooCommerce Square
    – Screenshots of the affected products in Square that are not syncing correctly

    Do you notice any common factor among the products that are not syncing correctly, or anything that differentiates them from the ones that are syncing correctly? Also, are the variation images not working for all products or just for the same problematic group of products?

    Once I have this information, I’ll be in a better position to assist you further.
