The way you can set the feed up (after updating to version 1.26.1) to include more than one product_highlight is to add the product_highlight to the Optional Attributes and to select the “Combine source fields” option as WooCommerce source. Then add the source you want to use and separate them by a “double pipe” separator.
That should do the job.
