After changing products images, they don’t synchronize. Old photos are there at the FB. Have you any solution?

    Hi there!

The first thing you can try is a manual sync. You can trigger this via: https://d.pr/i/yd8Kxx – afterwards you need to wait a couple of hours for facebook to catch up.
    Does that change anything?

    Kind regards,

This way doesn’t work, we tried it. Can’t the problem be solved by the fact that the pictures changed through “Enable Media Replace” so that their names (endings) were preserved? (old file xy.jpg, new file xy.jpg , other content)

    Hi again,

Yes, that is likely. You mean this here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/enable-media-replace/ – correct? That will probably skip some hooks and not write post meta data anew. Which means the upload is undetectable and WooCommerce facebook does not know it happened.

    Kind regards,

Yes, I meant that. Is it able to solve or I must the names of the files have to change?

    Hi @palovk

Is it able to solve or I must the names of the files have to change?

I am not sure as I don’t have much experience working with the plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/enable-media-replace/

To help you better, Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in the reply?

    Look forward to your reply.
