I hope you’re well. I checked the page you mentioned, and while could see a delay while loading the products, it seems to be similar to the time it took to load the other pages of the pagination.
Keep in mind the plugin will get the product from the next page and display them using AJAX, so it will take relatively the same time a page is normally loaded.

The products load speed depends by a lot of things, like server performance, WordPress configuration and plugins used. I checked your site and it almost instantly load all the product when scrolling. For further improvement, optimizing your whole site should help you.

we have checked the server and they are using a great fast loading server and have optimized the whole site so any other suggestions please.

As my colleague said, it depends on other plugins you are using, wordpress configuration and also the ammount of products on your site.
Anyway, I have checked your site and products load instantly, I don’t see any loading time.
Could you confirm the issue is not happening anymore?
