    On my products page all the items show as Synced in the Synced to Meta catalog column. However when I then go into any of the recently added products it says “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.

    In the Marketing -> Facebook -> Product Sync tab it says: Your products are syncing – you may safely leave this page 105 items remaining and has been saying the same thing for a number of days

    The product sync does not seem to be actually progressing at all. Is there anything I can do so the products show up in my Facebook shop?

    Please share your System Status Report and latest facebook_for_woocommerce log (located in WooCommerce > Status > Logs) using PrivateBin, to help us investigate the issue further.

    Thanks for sharing the logs Alice!

    Can you try the following:

    • Temporarily disable the W3 Total Cache and Jetpack plugins
    • Clear the cache
    • Delete the connection (from Shops > Settings > Delete connection) and reconnect to your page
    • Manually sync the products ( from Troubleshooting > Product data sync)

    If the issue persist, please share the following:

    1. A few links of the products that are not being synced, and if you are seeing them in the Product status tab:

    2. Are you seeing them when applying the “All items” filter in your Commerce Manager?

    3. Are there are any errors overall in the Commerce Manager regarding these products?

    Just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?

    If so, please perform the following:

    • Temporarily disable the W3 Total Cache and Jetpack plugins
    • Clear the cache

    If the products are still not being synced, also share the following:

    1. If there are any errors in the Commerce Manager
    2. Are you are seeing these items with the “All Items” filter?
    3. A few examples of the products that are not being synced
