Hello @ricardas01 – there might be a chance that your theme or one of your plugins is conflicting, and you may need to troubleshoot using the health check plugin:
With this plugin, you can troubleshoot the live site without disturbing the site for visitors. Here is how to enable troubleshooting mode in the health check plugin:
After enabling troubleshooting mode:
- Please make sure only the Jetpack plugin is active, and other plugins are deactivated.
- Please make sure to install a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentytwentyfour, so that the Health Check plugin (mentioned above) can switch to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme while troubleshooting.
After all these processes, please check if the same issue is still there?
If the issue is not there then you will need to activate plugins one by one, and in case you switched to a different theme while troubleshooting, you will also need to activate your original theme to check if your theme or any plugin is causing the issue.
Let us know how it went!
Hi there @ricardas01,
Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
Hi,
Thanks for the help. Nothing really helped, so i just disabled jetpack and now im only using jetpack boost.
Hi @ricardas01
Thanks for letting us know, if you want to give Jetpack another try in the future, please follow the troubleshooting steps shared by Animesh Gaurav. This looks like it could be related to a plugin conflict, so any feedback you could share could be helpful to improve Jetpack.
Thanks!
