Products not loading

Hello,

I recently went from BeRockets ajax filter plugin to yours.

I had their premium version but it aint right for me.

So testing yours and it is way more simple in my opinion.. However, when I click a category in the filter, it just constantly loads… How can I fix this or what can it depend on? I can send login details, because the website is under construction…
