It’s a strange problem but I think it not was made by the plugin. Have you tried to disable infinite scrolling and check if products are duplicated anyway?

I tried my best to resolve this issue. it is not because of your plugin. it is by default woocommerce fault. i disabled all the plugin but still i got same issue with the built-in pagination of woocommerce. issue not resolved yet. I hope it is a pagination problem but couldn’t figure it out.

I don’t know, maybe you need to ask support to woocommerce directly.
I had the same problem.
The solution was include only the next page link element as opposed to the element that combines all the pages and next page link.
