Products Repeating

    Hi,

    I havent found anything online about this issue!

    I am having major difficulties with my newly created woo-commerce site. I have ‘for sale’ and ‘bookable’ products on my site. And I am using a Easy Booking plugin with availability check enabled. I didn’t have any issues building the site but since I have pointed my domain at it and went live, the products on the hire page repeat.

    It is completely random, sometimes they will be on full repeat and once you refresh the page, they go back to normal. Sometimes they are stuck on repeat no matter how many times you refresh the page. It was happening with all products (for sale and bookbable) but now I have found it happens more with the HIRE products. When you open the full shop page, the BUY products are the only ones that do not have a problem.

    This leads me to believe it is the HIRE products causing the problem. I turned off bookable products and the repeat still occurred. I have deactivated all plugins to find the route but nothing has changed.

    The issue doesn’t happen when I am logging in to WordPress but happens when I open an incognito window, or any other window (logged out of WP).

    All morning there was no issue. And now it is back.

    Unfortunately I reached a point where I handed the shop over to the shop manager. Then the problem occurred.

    I have had 2 developers look over it, I have also contacted the theme support and the booking plugin support. No one has any ideas!

    One thing I thought it could be was my PHP Version, however I am unable to upgrade as I am with Managed WordPress.

    The shop is fully functional minus this repeat issue. I have temporarily removed the HIRE page from view – there is no direct link to it on the website as the products continue to repeat, so I have manually created a shop page in the meantime. However this inst ideal as we we cannot use the pagination, or sorting functions. Also products have to manually added as they get published.

    If anyone has any feedback on this issue, it would be much appreciated. The site is about to be published in the paper!!!

    Rather than contact random developers, narrow down your issue yourself. Disbale all plugins except woocommerce. Change to a default WP theme (2016). Test again.

    If it works, enable things one by one.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your response. Not sure if you fully read my post, but I have managed to narrow down the issue but cannot resolve it.

    I didn’t contact random developers, just friends who work in WordPress development for a bit of advice.

    Also contacted theme support and booking plugin support.

    Still unresolved, thanks.

    I read your question, and I cannot debug this for you. You need to do what I said and find the cause.
