Profanity Filter Plugin – Recommendations

    Hi,
    I am working on a site for a kids non-profit and i am in need of a profanity/word filter plugin, preferable free or low one-time cost (see non-profit) and I am looking for recommendations.

    Ideally the plugin would have
    – preset word list
    – editable word list (required as i need multi-language support)
    – replaces word with random char and/or flags the post/comment as spam for followup

    A nice to have would be fuzzy matching (can use a reg ex instead of exact word match)
