Profile customization (minimization)

Looking for some plugin (or a hack that will work after updating) that will let me remove fields from the profile settings page. Just basically want the users to be able to input a new email, password and possibly nickname, and that’s it.

Biography, visual editor, keyboard shortcuts etc isn’t necessary for this specific website.
