    Profile tab on my account and details are applicable only to the users registered after we install this plugin. If we try to display it for the users already registered before we install this plugin, it will show “No profile details are found”. I want to apply for all users and try to find a way.

    1. How can I apply all existing users to display profile details? Do you have any idea?
    2. If this is not possible, I have to ask all my members to register again???
    3. Unfortunately, import/export feature also applies to new users only.

    Hi @cksong,

    Thank you for reaching out. Profile details are visible only to those users who registered through our plugin. If you want to show profile details to already registered users, you’ll need to connect them using the profile connect feature of our plugin, which is a premium feature.
