profile field with multiple selection dropdown

It seems I can’t sync a profile field which is a multiple selection dropdown. I see that the meta-value is something like

a:2:{i:0;s:24:”Training and Development”;i:1;s:5:”Other”;}

Is there any way to sync it to Mailchimp?
