Profile Form Short Code Errors

Hi,

I see i need to take a support case here, since you dropped the free support version on your website.
The problem is as following:
I have created a profile form, in which i have some fields with these settings:
privacy: everyone
visibility: edit mode only
validate: unique metakey value
is this field required: no
can user edit this field: yes

This are the main settings, apart from the name of the field and other default ones.

I call this form into a different from with do_shortcode, like this:
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[ultimatemember form_id=965]’); ?>

Now, whenever i try to edit this type of fields, in the page where i put this short code, i get the following message:
“You must provide a unique value”

If i go into the default UM edit page of the profile, i can edit the fields without any problems.
Can we have a fix for this issue, so that fields within such forms can be edited when they are called by shortcodes ?
