Profile Forms not working

    Hello

    I have two registered users who are both subsription members who have the same user role and user access.

    I have set up a custom profile form and added the relevant fields. The Ultimate MEmber shortcode has been placed in the My Profile page. So in theory all members should have the same profile setup.

    However, when one member logs in, they can see sOME of the form fields under the Edit Profile section. But the other person doesn’t see any when they log in?

    Please help!

    I am having the exact same issue and so do a lot of people now. Must be a big bug maybe because of the wordpress update.

    I have tried everything including a 100% clean re-install and checked for conflicts.

    Ultimate Member please fix!!!

    I found the answer:

    From the profile view you must select the cog on the right and select “Edit profile” this will then show all the customised fields. Only the fields that the user enters information will then show on the main profile section.
