1 and 2. Yes, by default Gravatar or existing Profile Picture will be shown. But please note, Youzify has it’s own Profile Picure system and each users able to upload their new ProfPict. Once they upload a new picture, the existing picture will be replaced automatically.
3. Yes, you can use this plugin

I made a short test, but don’t see gravatars.
Do I have to optin to this?
When the pics are there by wp users, is there maybe some tool to import them to here? That would be very usefull.
I also tested xprofile but unfortunately when addibg a field Country it doesn’t use already filled countries from users. And I don’t want to press my users to do all again (pictures and coutries entries)

Unfortunately we don’t have any options for this. We can help you to tweak it actually. But it will require a login access to your website. In this forum we can not ask the login access unfortunately.

Before I would do this the simplest things should work.
For example gravatar. With standard options it doesn’t and I didn’t find an option for this 🙁
Do I understand this correctly?
I had to buy 62$ plugin and then 209¢ All pass plugins for a year? Plugins that are normally mostly free for buddypress?
With profileGrid 79$ I had the same if not even more, keeping userpics, countries AND my right sidebar 🙂
So your advantage should be in this case really good 🙂

By default Youzify does not support Gravatar or any other 3rd party profile picture system as we have our own Profile Picture system. We can help you to sync it, however it’s require a custom works where we only support custom works services for Pro users only. I hope you understand. 🙂
The PRO version is $62 only (no need to purchase the All Access Pass). It’s one-time payment where you will get Lifetime updates and 6 months support including small customization works such as sync Gravatar with our system. 🙂
