Sorry about the website not being accessible. Was a server issue. Fixed now and site is back up.
Yes we stopped selling priority support last year but are still answering tickets for customers with an active priority support license.
If you didn’t get a reply, please submit again and make sure you submit the ticket using the email address used to make the purchase
Everything is fine with UM. Not had too much to post about recently as mostly been behind the works stuff happening e.g tax etc. Have been focused on expanding the team further.
Will do a blog post once we’ve got a new team member on board.

I’m having trouble with member profiles: I’ve added a number of custom fields to the profile form, but when a member logs in and tries to edit their profile, they only see Business Name, Email Address, Facebook and LinkedIn fields – help!
I’d also like to prioritise the way the members are displayed when a consumer searches the profiles (with certified designers at the top, designers below them and associates following) – is this possible?
