    Hi, I just installed UM 2.0 and I can see that there is a problem in getting the user profile page’s user profile tabs to show.

    I go into UM settings -> Appearance ->Profile Menu.

    When I tick off Posts tab and the Comments tab, but NOT the About tab, they all disappear.

    Why is it not possible to just have the About tab displaying without the two others.

    Am I missing something here?

    Hi @pedrodk,

    I’ve just doublechecked and we don’t have this issue on our testing site, can you please try to do a conflict test and see if some plugins or your theme conflicting with Ultimate member and causing this issue. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

    Hi UM support,
    Thank you for your reply.
    I did a test and it’s the same.
    It’s a Genesis theme and all plugins (besides UM) have been de-activated.
    The profiles tabs disappear no matter what settings I use for only showing the About tab.
    The only setting that works is the default UM setting after the section has been reset.
    I would very much like to e-mail you an URL to the live test installation.
