profile page issues

This is a profile page for one author only, however it shows 2 names, and doesn’t show the profile picture which is for certain uploaded correctly. There are multiple authors on the only article this author has, so assume it has to do with that. All other author profile work fine, such as – https://japanball.com/author/coop-daley/ How can we address this issue?
