    Hello,
After several conflicts tests (I’ve restored Twenty seventeen theme and disabled all plugins), I’m in the same place as begining : I can’t get profile page work. The “update button” is set to “disabled” just after the first click on it, and Nothing else is done.

I Wonder if I could find somewhere the original default profile form in order to erase the one I’ve done.

Another question : is there any problem not to show every fields in profile form (I want some of us, including some required fields, not to be shown despite they have been defined in registration process)

    Ultimate member version : 2.0.25.
    Wordpress version : 4.9.8

Thank you so much for any help

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @negaton,

Can you please attach the screenshots of this issue so we can better understand what do you mean by “The “update button” is set to “disabled” just after the first click on it, and Nothing else is done.”
You can create new profile form in the Ultimate member -> Forms section.

It is possible to set “Privacy” for almost every field, please go to the field settings and check “Privacy” dropdown.

    Regards.

    Thank you for your help.
I Don’t find where to send an attached file. But I guess the bellow code is clear : this what I get when viewing the html code of the “update” button just after the first click on it : it is disabled, probably by javascript, without any error displayed in the form or in the console :
    <input disabled="disabled" class="um-button" type="submit" value="Mettre à jour les informations">

Thank you for the others answers but is ther an easy way to restore original default form “profile” to see if Something change ?
    Best regards

There is another thing that doesn’t work and that is perhaps linked with my problem : I can’t display the “email” field in my profile form.
This field is added in back office in my form, but it’s impossible to display it in front office.
I tried to create another profile form to see if Something change with no success.
(and Ultimate member -> Settings -> Account “Allow users to change e-mail” is turned on)

Problem solved : uninstall plugin (with all data deleted) et re install it and it works now fine.

Hi, I am having this problem too. I can’t delete my data. 800+ members have accounts. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I am having the same problem too. after I update a page I clicked on the update button and it gives me a message that says updating failed. I have a currant version that is 50.2. What can be done to fix this? Thank you for your time in advance.

I too have this problem. even after reinstalling plugin twice update profile button does not work.

I contacted my web hosting and they said ” it appears that this is a known issue with WordPress 5.0’s “Gutenburg” editor. The editor requires your Home and Site URL to match in order for edits to save successfully, and yours appear to have been set to different values:” It works. I just got it worked out yesterday.
