    Hello,

    I’m trying out Youzif with the aim to potentially buy the full version, however, it does not seem to be working.

    Firstly, when I activate the friends component the directory page gets squashed into the centre. This only happens when Yousif is activated.

    I have also come across another issue that seems to of developed recently that wasn’t an issue at the start. The profile pages won’t show, displaying just a blank page. The profile pages show when I turn off the Yousif plugin.

    I have cleared the cache and deactivated and removed plugins with no joy.
    I was initially using the address: https://dashboard.ccsw.org.uk/members/USERNAME/

    which for some reason stopped working and moved to: https://dashboard.ccsw.org.uk/internal-directory/USERNAME/

    I think this was due to changing the page the members directory is on. the directory is as per the second address.

    Can someone help please?

    For “page gets squashed into the center can you please send me a screenshot of this issue?

    For the second issue, I think there’s a conflict between our plugin and the theme or one of the plugins you are using.

    This will require us to take a closer look at the site to debug it and locate the source of the problem to solve it. Can you please consider getting the PRO version so you can open a new ticket at our premium support forum kainelabs.ticksy.com and provide us with site details and our support team will take care of this.

    In case we couldn’t solve the problem we will provide you with a full refund with no asked questions and you can also keep the pro version.

    Hello,

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    I thought it’d be a plugin but I deactivated and removed a large portion of them including the ones I had activated just before the issue occurred. It was also working initially on the template so don’t think that is the issue?

    How can I get you over a screenshot I can’t see how to attach a file?

    If I was to purchase the pro version before getting these issues resolved would it be possible to get a refund if the issues are not possible to be resolved satisfactorily?

    By checking the screenshot there’s a critical error that is causing this, please include that screenshot in the ticket also so they can check the source of the error and solve it for you 🙂
