Profile picture doesn’t replace default avatar

    Users can upload a photo successfully, but the site still displays the old avatar. Clearing cache doesn’t help. Could this be related to CDN image caching or the WordPress “author” metadata not refreshing? I’d like to know which hook controls avatar replacement.
