Profile Setting Icon Link Drop Down Unresponsive

Hello,

When a user is logged in and open’s their profile page. There is a setting / gear icon on top left. When click on it, it drops down few user settings like Edit Profile, My Account and Login. The drop-down works on Safari. But on Google Chrome when clicking on Gear Icon, nothing happens. There is no menu drop down.

Same goes for when clicking on profile picture to upload or change.
