when you go to ‘edit profile’ and make changes and click ‘update profile’ the updates gets lost.

Also profile pictures does not always show, but you are able to see them on a mobile phone. When you view users/’username’ the profile picture is missing.

For some reason changes and updates are not saved.

Hi @dippli,

These issues can be due to some conflicts with your theme or other plugins.
Can you please try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if it helps. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
