Program Bank Searchable Database

I’m not sure if this is even possible, but I’ll give it a go. I’m working on redesigning a website, moving it into WordPress. They have a searchable program bank on their website (http://www.usy.org/yourusy/pbank/search.asp), and I’m looking for a plug-in or some way of incorporating this into WordPress. I’d like to avoid using just regular posts because of the sheer volume of programs in there – there are probably a few hundred, and that would make administering it very unwieldy. (Of course it can be done using tags, categories, etc. – I know how to do that.)

Anyone have any suggestions for something that might work for this?
