    You can use custom progress bar plugin by By arif hassan or any other progress bar plugin to add a progress bar at the top of the form. Plus you have to use this plugin: Contact Form 7 Shortcode Enabler in order to add the shortcode generated by the progress bar plugin inside contact form 7.
