    Hello!

    I just installed and activated this plugin and checked the settings and I have tried to test it and the progress bar does not appear. I have even logged out and tried in a private browser to double check. Is there something else I need to do?

    Hi,

    can you provide some more information, which theme do you use, PHP, WP and WC version?

    It would also help if you could share link to your website.

    unfortunately, it seems that this plugin doesn’t work well on all themes. We are working on the new release and hopefully, we’ll fix this in the future.

    Hi Marin!

    I use a theme that is a child that was made from Primrose. I am not sure about PHP, WP, or WC. (I don’t touch the code)

    My website is: http://www.salemstylestudio.com.

    If there is anything I need to do to edit it, or add the custom CSS, I know how to do that.

    Good news, it’s working on your theme! 🙂

    Your customers just have to enter a shipping address first.

    I suppose you have set these options at: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options > Calculations
