Progress bar stuck at 33% although completed

Although completing and saving all steps of the setup assistant, there are still 2 items showing in my dashboard that shows a “premium” banner in front of 2 tasks. The first task is “implementing TCF”, the other one is “creating a privacy notice”. The progress bar is stuck at 33%. I am not able to click an “x” to remove these messages. I already reinstalled the plugin, cleared the cache and cookies. Any help is much appreciated!
