Progress Timer

I expected the plugin to do this: Show a timer progress, like 0:30/1:15.

Instead it did this: Nothing.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Not sure, as I imagine this requires some type of php coding instead of a simple css fix. Is this something that I can do fairly easy?
