Project Edit / Remove Options

Just purchased SP Client Document & Project Mgr with Project Sub-Folders option. Is there any way to disable or remove the “Edit Projects” and “Delete Projects” from the file display list for certain user roles (eg subscribers role)? We do not want the users to have the ability remove any data from their document lists.
