Project Sub Folders

I purchased the Unlimited Sub-Folders add-on last month and it was working okay at that time. Now, when I try to add a sub-folder during a file upload, it does not work. It will create the sub-folder in the directory, but the project drop down list in the file upload screen does not display the new sub-folder. The file gets uploaded to the top level folder instead of the sub-folder. Can you please fix this.
Also, in May, when I purchased the Premium version of Client Document & Project Management, the online description of features stated that you could create Groups that would allow you to share file access among multiple users. It appears now that this feature is no longer part of the package I purchased and is part of a new add-on that must be purchased. I am not happy that something I thought I was getting is now going to cost more money.
